The tone is quite bright on the set. Hair and make-up The hair and make-up is very natural but classy and smart. Clothes Lionel Blair is dressed in a striped thee piece suit with some smart shoes which is very formal and 

Creating an interview

Give yourself time Find a good place to setup your interview Set up the positioning of the chairs and camera Memorize the questions so you don't look at your paper during the interview Make the interviewee feels comfortable  Make sure the interviewee is aware of what sort of questions will be asked and explain how the process of it Keep eye contact with the interviewee Don't check on your camera too much because it can make the interviewee feel uncomfortable and maybe lose concentration Make sure you don't break the 180 degree line Make sure the interviewee is in the foreground of the image and just the shoulders and head is in view and there's a space above the head
